Ravanio is operated by Rouyah Pharma Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09778487). These terms are a legal agreement between you and Rouyah Pharma Limited. By downloading or using Ravanio you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Ravanio is a wellness and habit-tracking companion. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing in the app — including reminders, educational articles and the estimated medication-level chart — is medical advice, a dosing recommendation or a substitute for professional care. The medication-level chart is a simplified educational illustration based on published average half-lives; it does not measure the medicine in your body. Always follow the advice of your doctor, pharmacist or prescriber, never change your dose based on the app, and never delay seeking medical help because of something you read here.
Ravanio is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store terms. The app, including Minty the mascot, artwork, text and code, belongs to Rouyah Pharma Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
Ravanio Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through your Apple Account, with a free trial where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Prices shown in the app include applicable taxes where required.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you log and for keeping your device secure. Do not use the app in any unlawful way or attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, the app is provided "as is"; to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on logged data or educational content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using Ravanio at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always appears here with its date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
