How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account, not inside Ravanio. On your iPhone, open Settings โ†’ [your name] โ†’ Subscriptions, choose Ravanio, and change or cancel your plan there. If you cancel during the free trial you won't be charged.

How do I restore a subscription on a new device?

Open Ravanio, go to the upgrade screen or More โ†’ Restore Purchases, and sign in with the same Apple Account you originally subscribed with. Your Premium access will be restored.

Where is my data stored?

Everything you log stays on your iPhone. Ravanio has no accounts and no server โ€” we can't see your data. Deleting the app, or signing out from Settings, permanently erases it from your device.

Is Ravanio medical advice?

No. Ravanio is a wellness and habit-tracking companion โ€” not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice or a dosing recommendation. Always follow the advice of your doctor, pharmacist or prescriber, and never change your dose based on the app.

How do I request data deletion?

Because your records live only on your device, you can delete everything yourself by signing out in Settings or removing the app. For any other request, email us at the address above.
